The service

Social Studio ("we", "us") lets you compose, schedule, and publish posts to social accounts you connect, with optional AI-written copy (grounded in your own Ounie brains), AI images, and AI video — all at your direction. You ("you", "the customer") pay per action at the rates published on our pricing page. We are an independent Ounie product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, X Corp., LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest, or Bluesky.

Acceptable use

You may only post to social accounts you legitimately control, and only generate copy from brains your Ounie account can access. What you publish, and its accuracy and legality, are your responsibility — review before you post, and comply with each platform's own terms and content policies. You will not use the service for spam, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or content that violates platform rules; we may suspend accounts that do. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented or bypass rate limits.

Account & billing

There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — 1 credit to publish or schedule a post, 2 per AI copy generation, 12 per AI image, and 360 per AI video (reserved up front and settled only if the render succeeds). Drafting, editing, connecting accounts, the calendar, and reading your library are free. A post that fails to publish, or media that fails to generate, refunds automatically. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your data and prior outputs remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.

Publishing

Posts publish through our posting pipeline to the accounts you selected, at the time you chose. Platforms rate-limit, reject, or remove content under their own rules; we surface failures and refund the post credit, but we can't guarantee acceptance or continued availability of any platform integration. Scheduled posts can be cancelled any time before they publish.

No warranty of accuracy

AI copy is generated from your material and cited to it, but it is a draft for your review, not a verified statement. We do not warrant that any post is complete, current, or fit for publication. AI media is illustrative and may contain artifacts.

Refunds

Failed actions refund automatically (the credit reservation is reversed). For anything else, open a support ticket.

Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss arising from a post you published or a platform suspending your account.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. You retain access to data you've already paid for. We may suspend accounts for material violations of these terms with notice.
