What we collect

When you sign in we receive your email address and display name from our identity provider (signin.ounie.com). When you compose we store the posts you make (their text, chosen accounts, schedule, and delivery results), any citation pointers when AI copy was written from your brain, and any AI media you generate.

What we don't collect

We don't track you across the web. There are no third-party analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no session replay. We don't sell, share, or resell anything you make. Nothing is ever published to your social accounts without you pressing publish or schedule.

Connected social accounts

When you connect a social account, the sign-in happens with the platform itself through our posting pipeline; the resulting tokens live there, never in this app's database — we read your live account list each time. The connection is shared with your Ounie account: accounts connected here appear on ounie.com/dashboard/social and vice versa, and your Ounie agents can post through them if you use those products. Disconnecting an account revokes it for all of them.

Where data lives

Application data (posts, media records, credit ledger entries) is stored in a single Neon Postgres database hosted in the US. AI images and videos are stored in the shared Ounie S3 bucket at a public-read URL — that's how the social platforms fetch them at publish time. Your brain content itself stays on ounie.com — Social Studio reads it at generation time through Ounie's API as you, and never keeps a copy of your sources.

AI media

Media you generate is stored at a public URL (anyone with the exact link can view it — that's what lets the platforms publish it). Deleting an asset removes it. Media is generated text-free from your brief; we don't include real faces or brand marks.

Payments

Payments happen on ounie.com, where Stripe processes credit purchases. This product never sees your card number; it only reads and debits your Ounie credit wallet. Stripe's privacy policy lives at stripe.com/privacy.

Your brain content

AI copy is generated only from the brains you own and select, fetched through Ounie's API with your own session — Social Studio can never see anyone else's brain, and never stores your sources. Deleting a post removes it here; your brain on ounie.com is untouched.

Deletion

To delete your account or download your data, open a privacy ticket. We respond within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30.
